Mr. Suresh Eriyat has been a pioneer of animation on Indian screens for nearly two decades. He founded Famous House of Animation after graduating from the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad in 1997, where he created some unforgettable animated ads, shorts, and music videos with many firsts. In 2009, he co-founded Studio Eeksaurus with Nilima Eriyat.
Suresh’s filmography includes over 400 films, and he has received over 100 national and international awards, including the prestigious Annecy festival Cristal in 2015 for his film Fateline, a first for India. Tokri, Fisherwoman, and Tuk-Tuk, his in-house projects, have both won the National Film Award for Best Non-Feature Animation Film.
