Avantika Mathur a.k.a. WomenPow is a multi-disciplinary surreal artist who has been a household name in the art and fashion industry for over a decade. She is the alma mater of the University of Phillipines, in Manila and SNDT Women's University, Mumbai.

With a strong message of women empowerment, Avantika has used multiple mediums to spread the message far and wide, like canvas series, street art and body painting which has gotten her global recognition. She also is associated with fashion colleges like NIFT & FAD to name a few, where she teaches colour psychology , idea generation and fashion styling. She is also the resident artist to real-estate giants, Raheja & Godrej.

Her illustrious career got her invited to the Rotary Clubs of Navi Mumbai Industrial Area where she now serves as the President. Her drive to make a difference also saw her invited to join local political policy makers in Navi Mumbai. A woman who wears multiple hats; an artist, an activist, a professor, a philanthropist and a politician, who introduces herself in only one line : "When life shines in all its glory, why be subtle".
